Part of Tiriac Holdings, Tiriac Imobiliare, is a developer in the real estate field. Established in 1994 on Mr. Ion Tiriac's initiative, Tiriac Holdings is one of the largest Romanian private groups that carry on various activities such as:

• car import and distribution activities - through its three importing companies and Tiriac Auto distribution and service network, Tiriac Holdings is now associated with famous brands such as: Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover, Jaguar, Mitsubishi, Ford, Hyundai, Jeep, Chrysler and Dodge.
• financing and lease services - through Tiriac Leasing (specialized in financial lease) and Premium Leasing (specialized in operational lease), Tiriac Holdings offers customized financing solutions for those interested to purchase cars, equipment or associated devices.
• real-estate - through Tiriac Imobiliare, Tiriac Holdings develops some important real estate projects, such as Residenz – cartierul german and clubul rezidential STEJARII;
• VIP air charter - through TiriacAIR, Tiriac Holdings offers VIP /business charter services and aeronautical consulting services. Tiriac Air has its own fleet and private terminal.

Tiriac Imobiliare Group, part of Tiriac Holdings, includes 29 companies. It made its debut in the real estate market in 1994 and it is now a renowned developer in the real estate and construction sectors. Tiriac Imobiliare entered the Romanian real estate market by establishing Fergus Construct International, the first real estate company of Tiriac Holdings.

Over the years, Tiriac Imobiliare has constantly developed, mostly due to the diversity of the real estate projects offered to the Romanian market.
