Instalments paid to the developer

If you can make an advance payment and if you wish to pay the rest of the amount within 1 to 3 years, the Residential instalments paid to the developer is the best option for you.

You must pay an advance of minimum 25% of the package price and then the 36-month instalments. Due to this payment method, you can be more relaxed when it comes to fully pay your apartment.

Residenz rent-to-buy method makes it possible.
Invest your money for rent into your own apartment in the German district. You can pay a monthly rent for 3 years and for the rest of the amount you can apply for a bank loan. By paying the 10% advance (but not less than EUR 10,000 + VAT), you will reserve the apartment you wish. The guarantee represents the equivalent of three-month rent.
