Full payment

Installment plan with no interest (to the developer)

If you already have a certain amount of money for an advance, you can buy your apartment by choosing a convenient installment plan - with payment over a period of 1 to 3 years. The advance represents a minimum of 25% of the selected residential package price (but not under 10.000 euro + VAT), following that the remaining amount of money to be paid by a maximum of 36 monthly installments.
