2. visit the showroom
3. choose a flat and the stage it will be ready
4. book a flat
5. apply for a credit

Prices and Payments

There are two instalments:

1. When signing the contract, payment in advance of 25 % of the price.

2. When the flat is ready for moving in, the rest 75% of the sum.
