On a 68 000 square metre area, the district include 48 buildings with three, four and five floors.
The built surface cover 85 360 square metres, and it is uniformly surrounded by wide green area. At the end of the project, due in summer of 2009, the district will include:

- 320 garages, 169 parking places for residents and 169 for visitors
- 478 storage rooms in the basement
- private kindergarten
- discount-market, food market with parking lots
- artificial lake and playgrounds for children
- last generation elevators in each building
- 2 200 square metres of commercial area
